Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zabecca Living. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Zabecca Living shipping and processing charges costs are calculated to compensate us for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you via our shipping methods.
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100 within Australia. Please note, free shipping will not apply if a coupon or discount reduces the order value to less than $100.
For orders under $100, the Standard shipping cost Australia-wide is $10. Standard shipping options do not include insurance cover, so in the event of loss or damage during transit, Zabecca Living will not be liable.
Please note that bulky or heavy orders require individual delivery quotes and are not eligible for free standard delivery.
At check-out, your final purchase price plus your shipping amount will be displayed. All orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to Australian GST and are included in our purchase price.
Zabecca Living will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of your items ASAP of you submitting your purchase with us.
Expected shipping timeframes within Australia are usually within 2-5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The delivery time will vary depending on your location.
For items where you have selected the Click & Collect option (pick-up in-store), you may collect from our store anytime with proof of ID and order number. We are open from 9.30 am – 5pm AEST Monday to Saturday and from 11am – 4 pm on Sundays (closed Sundays during Winter). If you plan to pick-up on the day of online purchase, it is advised to call ahead to ensure we have processed your order.
Please allow extra time for processing and delivery at peak times like Christmas and Easter and during our season sales.
All items are shipped out of our store in Tunstall Square, Doncaster East, Victoria. Zabecca Living uses Australia Post within Australia. Zabecca Living does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit.
Australia wide - all deliveries must be signed for. Risk and title in the product will pass upon you, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing for receipt of the product. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be taken to the nearest Post Office. You'll get a notification about your missed delivery, so you can pick your item up in-person. We'll hold it at the Post Office for 10 business days, before it gets returned to Zabecca Living.

NOTE: All orders shipped by us automatically require a signature as proof of delivery. If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk. Zabecca Living and affiliated companies will not be held liable for the loss, theft or misplacement of such orders.
Sorry, but we do not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide us with a full postal street address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Simply notify us of your intention to return the goods via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly exchange them or issue you with a credit note. (excluding original delivery charges).
Please note that the goods are sent to us at your own cost and risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or trackable postal service. We are not liable for returned goods which are not received.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We strive to provide the highest standards, but if the items you ordered are incorrect, damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact email@example.com immediately. We ask you to quote your order number, details of the product you wished to purchase or the damage or fault with the items and specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
