51 Tunstall Square: Our friendly staff will be in-store and contactable during our opening hours of 9.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday 9.30am - 4pm.  Sundayswe are open from 11am - 3pm (check during winter).

If you have a question about sizing, would like to view a product, take a virtual tour of our shop or simply want to place an order, you can reach us via telephone, virtual chat or Facetime.

OVER THE PHONE ORDERS:  In addition, telephone enquiries and Phone Orders can be made during store opening hours. Simply call (03) 8822 3215 

VIDEO TOURS & PRODUCT VIEWING: video sessions by phone can be requested from 10am-5pm AEST  (via Facetime, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger). Please call (03) 8822 3215 to arrange.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY:  We will continue to provide local home deliveries for those who are elderly or have special needs and live local to our Doncaster East store. If you live close by, place a phone order by calling 03 8822 3215. We'll have your item to you in no time! 

CLICK & COLLECT: We have a 'Click and Collect' service option on our website, allowing you to shop online and conveniently pick up your order in-store.  You will receive an email letting you know when your goods are ready, in which you can collect your order between 9.30am - 5pm Monday to Saturday. We are currently closed on Sundays.

LIVE CHAT: You can also take advantage of our Zabecca Living Live Chat service by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of any web page (enabled 9am-9pm AET). Handy hint - by leaving your email address or mobile number in the live chat form, we can contact you later if if we are super busy in-store.
