At Zabecca Living, we understand that buying online can be a bit tricky and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your purchased items.

If you have a request to return an item, visit our ZABECCA LIVING RETURNS CENTRE, enter your Order Number and email address to start the Returns Process. We will review your request and update you at every stage so you can track progress.

We will gladly issue you with a credit or refund for change of mind / does not fit (excluding the original shipping costs incurred by Zabecca Living - standard rate of $10) with the cost of the return postage at your expense.

Exchanges may be made for an alternate item, subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the is at your expense. 

We strive to provide the highest standards, but if the items you ordered are incorrect, damaged or faulty upon receipt, we will pay for the cost of the return postage and waive the original shipping surcharge when we refund you.

When returning an item, we ask that the item is returned unused, unwashed and undamaged in the original packaging with all labels/tags intact.

Please Note: We do not offer Returns for Sale or Discounted items. Returns must also be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

TO INTITIATE THE RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Login to the ZABECCA LIVING RETURNS CENTRE and enter your Order Number and email address to start the Returns Process
  2. Select the item(s) from your Order History menu that you would like to return
  3. Provide the Reason why you want to return. Add additional information if you like, and if you are returning an item due to a Quality / Fault issue or Incorrect Item Received, please upload supporting images
  4. Check the option on how you would like us to resolve the request ie: Refund to Store credit, Exchange or Refund to original payment method
  5. Let us know how you will send the item back to us (different options will be presented to you depending on the Reason you are returning the item)
  6. Submit the online Form
  7. You will be updated via email every stage of the way, or simply log back into the ZABECCA LIVING RETURNS CENTRE to track the progress.
