Zabecca Living is a lifestyle store based in Tunstall Square, Doncaster East, Melbourne and borne with the joining of founding owners Leeza and Rebecca. It is a truly unique retail business that has been running since June 2015.
We aim to deliver a curated experience through our essential lifestyle collections made up of fashion, accessories, skincare, homewares, gifts and items for men. Yes, everything that we showcase online is available instore. However, we have a lot of great additional items that are available in-store only. For example, we stock a large range of jewellery, childrens toys and clothes etc that are not currently showing on our website. We plan to get as many items as we can online in the near future, so keep an eye out for new items every week.
Of course, you're welcome to shop via both and you can also enquire about stock by contacting Customer Service. If its not online, we are more than happy to ship it to you! We also suggest to visit our Instagram page to view some of the latest items available.

At Zabecca Living, we know that shopping online for clothing can sometime be a little tricky … and we all like our clothes to fit differently. We try our hardest to give you the best possible information to help you choose carefully. To begin with, please find our size guide here for general guidance for the labels we carry.
Our clothing is usually in Australian sizing, however sizes will slightly vary depending on the style and label. Please read the product descriptions, as we try to provide recommendations on sizing and fit to help our customers determine what size they may be. If you would like further assistance with our sizing please contact Customer Service.
We recommend that you always refer to the garment’s care label. If you are unsure of how to care for a garment, always hand wash to avoid any damage to the garment’s fabric. For garments that specify dry-clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly, we are unable to accept this back as a return.
Zabecca Living items make ideal gifts. You can turn your order into a gift by specifying the recipient’s name and shipping address when you place your order during the checkout process. You can also add a gift note and select your item to be complimentary gift wrapped.
Yes, Gift Cards can be purchased online and in store. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed via the Zabecca Living website or the Doncaster East store. No, you can choose to checkout as a guest instead. However, we do recommend creating an account as your address and email preferences will be saved, allowing you to move through the checkout process faster on your next purchase with us.
If you would prefer to order by phone, speak to our in store staff who can place an order for you, and have it delivered straight to your door. Call us on (03) 8822 3215 during our opening hours.
We are happy to make changes whenever possible. However, we do our best to process orders within the same business day. Therefore once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact Customer Service ASAP to see if you can make amends.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. We also accept American Express instore. We do not accept direct deposit, cheques, and money orders for online purchases. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
All payments for items purchased through Zabecca Living are made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be provided to you along with your purchase. We do not store any of your credit card details, so you can have confidence that your information is kept secure and private when shopping with us.
Zabecca Living is proud to offer Afterpay to Australian customers as a payment option for purchases made online. Afterpay offers simple instalment plans for customers, allowing a purchase to be made and received immediately, then paid for later via four equal fortnightly instalments, interest free. Zabecca Living provides a Laybuy service to instore customers only with no interest or upfront fees. We will ask for an up front deposit to secure your order. For online customers, please take advantage of our Afterpay service.

Shipping and Delivery
At Zabecca Living, we always Express Ship your orders via Australia Post.
Express Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100 within Australia. Please note, free shipping will not apply if a coupon or discount reduces the order value to less than $100.
For orders under $100, the shipping cost Australia-wide is $10.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and we refer to Express Post delivery speed and coverage guidelines provided by Australia Post. Delivery time will depend on your location.
For orders placed before 2PM AET, we do our best to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. During busy periods, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please see our dedicated Shipping page for more information.
We ship all orders via Express Shipping. In order for your item/s to arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order on or before 4pm Friday 18 December 2020.

Once your parcel has been dispatched and received by the courier, an email will be sent to you with a link and tracking number that enables you to follow the delivery of your parcel to your door through the Australian Post website.
At Zabecca Living, we always Express Ship your orders via Australia Post. Sometimes next day delivery cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post.
Once your order is dispatched we will issue you with a tracking number, in which you can follow the delivery of your parcel. If you have not received this dispatch email, try checking your junk mail folder before contacting Zabecca Living. If your parcel has not been delivered within seven business days, please contact Zabecca Living. For international orders, please allow extra time.
Please ensure that you enter your shipping address and contact details correctly when ordering. Zabecca Living cannot take responsibility for your parcel if you have indicated the wrong shipping address and your parcel becomes lost.
Yes, we ship to New Zealand and the United States! Please note that all customs and duties taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Yes! For items where you have selected the Click & Collect option (Local Pickup Only), you may collect from our store anytime with proof of ID and order number. It is advised to call ahead before collecting from instore to ensure we have processed your order.
Yes, for customers that live within a 10km radius of our Doncaster East store, we are happy to offer convenient home deliveries for purchases over $50. Please select the Local Delivery option during the checkout process. This method of delivery can also be used for local customers who would like to make orders over the phone (for example due to COVID-19 concerns).
If you are unsure if you qualify for Local Delivery (based on proximity to Tunstall Sq), please contact Customer Service for more information.
At Zabecca Living, we understand that buying online can be a bit tricky, especially when you cannot try on a garment before purchasing. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you with a credit, refund or exchange, subject to availability, with the cost of the return postage at your expense. If you have a request to return an item, visit our Zabecca Living Returns Centre, enter your Order Number and email address to start the Returns Process. We will review your request and update you at every stage so you can track progress.
Here at Zabecca Living we take the utter most care with our stock, so in turn our customers can receive their items in pristine condition. However, if in the unfortunate circumstance you believe you have been sent a faulty item , visit our Zabecca Living Returns Centre, enter your Order Number and email address to start the Returns Process. If your garment is faulty we will replace your item with free shipping. However, if we cannot replace it we will issue you with a refund or store credit for your next purchase
