COVID-19 UPDATE: Yes, we might be based in Victoria but our online business is open 24/7! Some delays may be experienced in the Australian Post delivery network due to a reduction in domestic flights and increase in postal volumes. Please note we will always use Express Shipping when sending you your order and customer feedback has indicated minimal disruption to date. We appreciate your patience in this regard. Please visit Australia Post's Coronavirus Domestic Updates page for the latest information.
Zabecca Living shipping and processing charges costs are calculated to compensate us for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you via our shipping methods.
Express Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100 within Australia. Please note, free shipping will not apply if a coupon or discount reduces the order value to less than $100.
For orders under $100, the shipping cost Australia-wide is a flat rate of $10. Standard shipping options do not include insurance cover, so in the event of loss or damage during transit, Zabecca Living will not be liable.
Please note that bulky or heavy orders require individual delivery quotes and are not eligible for free delivery.
At check-out, your final purchase price plus your shipping amount will be displayed. All orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to Australian GST and are included in our purchase price.
Zabecca Living will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of your items ASAP of you submitting your purchase with us.
For orders placed before 2PM AET, we will our best to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. During busy periods, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and we refer to Express Post delivery speed and coverage guidelines provided by Australia Post for delivery timelines. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES:
As Zabecca Living ships all domestic orders via Express Shipping, please place your order with us no later than 4pm Friday 18th December 2020 to ensure your item/s have the best chance of arriving at their destination in time for Christmas.
We will still continue to ship orders placed after these dates as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee they will arrive by Christmas.
Please contact us directly for information regarding local delivery, in-store pickup and internationally shipping cut-off dates.
LOCAL PICKUP (CLICK & COLLECT):
For items where you have selected the Local Pick Up (Click & Collect option), you may collect from our store with proof of ID and order number. Please refer to our current store opening hours to ensure that we are open. If you plan to pick-up on the day of online purchase, it is advised to call ahead to ensure we have processed your order.
Please allow extra time for processing and delivery at peak times like Christmas and Easter and during our season sales.
For customers that live within a 10km radius of our Doncaster East store, we are happy to offer convenient home deliveries for purchases over $50. Please select the Local Delivery option during the checkout process.
This method of delivery can also be used for local customers who would like to make orders over the phone.
If you are unsure if you qualify for Local Delivery (based on proximity to Tunstall Sq), please contact Customer Service for more information.
All items are shipped out of our store in Tunstall Square, Doncaster East, Victoria. Zabecca Living uses Australia Post within Australia. Zabecca Living does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit.
Australia wide - all deliveries must be signed for. Risk and title in the product will pass upon you, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing for receipt of the product. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be taken to the nearest Post Office. You'll get a notification about your missed delivery, so you can pick your item up in-person. We'll hold it at the Post Office for 10 business days, before it gets returned to Zabecca Living.
ATL [Authority To Leave] POLICY:
NOTE: All orders shipped by us automatically require a signature as proof of delivery. If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk. Zabecca Living and affiliated companies will not be held liable for the loss, theft or misplacement of such orders.
Sorry, but we do not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide us with a full postal street address.
For all orders, the shipping cost to New Zealand is a flat fee of $20 AUD. Zabecca Living uses Australia Post to send to New Zealand and will be sent via Express Post.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
At Zabecca Living, we understand that buying online can be a bit tricky and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your items purchased.
If you have a request to return an item, visit our Zabecca Living Returns Centre, enter your Order Number and email address to start the Returns Process. We will review your request and update you at every stage so you can track progress.
