SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping at Zabecca Living.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Zabecca Living shipping and processing charges costs are calculated to compensate us for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you via our shipping methods.

Standard Shipping is FREE on most orders over $150 within Australia.  Please note, free shipping will not apply if a coupon or discount reduces the order value to less than $150.

For orders under $150, the shipping cost Australia-wide is a flat rate of $9.95.  Standard shipping options do not include insurance cover, so in the event of loss or damage during transit, Zabecca Living will not be liable.

Upgrade Options to EXPRESS SHIPPING

You may upgrade to Express Shipping, for a flat rate of $4.95 for orders over $150 and $14.95 for orders under $150

At check-out, your final purchase price plus your shipping amount will be displayed. All orders placed within Australia or goods shipped to an Australian residence are subject to Australian GST and are included in our purchase price.

Important Shipping Information:

Bulky, Oversized & Fragile Items:

Some items - due to their size, weight, or fragile nature - such as coats, jackets, boots, or homewares, do not qualify for free shipping. A flat rate of $15 will be applied at checkout. This is usually denoted on the product page for items in this category and will be applied at checkout.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us on (03) 8822 3215.

Please note: If a shipping surcharge for bulky, oversized, or fragile items was not applied at checkout, Zabecca Living reserves the right to adjust the selected shipping method. This may include changing Express Shipping to Standard Shipping.

In some cases, additional fees may apply for bulky or fragile items that require specialised packaging. If so, our Customer Care Team will contact you prior to processing your order.

Remote Area Deliveries:

Please note:  For some orders being delivered to remote areas outside of metropolitan regions - particularly in QLD, WA, and NT -  Zabecca Living reserves the right to downgrade Express Shipping to Standard Shipping. This may be necessary for items requiring specialised handling or packaging.

International Orders:

New Zealand:

For all orders, the shipping cost to New Zealand is a flat fee of $20 AUD. Zabecca Living uses Australia Post to send to New Zealand and will be sent via Standard Post.

North America (currently Canada Only): 

For all orders, the shipping cost to North America is a flat fee of $35 AUD.  Zabecca Living uses Australia Post and will be sent via Standard Post.

We ship to selected European countries such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & the United Kingdom

Asia:

We ship to selected Asian countries such as China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates & Vietnam

Notes:

• We deliver all international orders via the Australia Post international service
• Please note we are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country
• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Locked Parcels so a physical address must be supplied.

Bulky, Oversized & Fragile Items for International Orders:

In some cases, additional fees may apply for bulky or fragile items that require specialised packaging. If so, our Customer Care Team will contact you prior to processing your order.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Zabecca Living will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of your items ASAP of you submitting your purchase with us. 

For orders placed before 2PM AET, we will our best to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. During busy periods, there may be a slightly longer processing time.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and we refer to Express Post delivery speed and coverage guidelines provided by Australia Post for delivery timelines. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. 

LOCAL PICKUP (CLICK & COLLECT):

For items where you have selected the Local Pick Up (Click & Collect option), you may collect from our store with proof of ID and order number. Please refer to our current store opening hours to ensure that we are open. If you plan to pick-up on the day of online purchase, it is advised to call ahead to ensure we have processed your order.

Please allow extra time for processing and delivery at peak times like Christmas and Easter and during our season sales.

SHIPPING METHODS:

All items are shipped out of our store in Tunstall Square, Doncaster East, Victoria.  Zabecca Living uses Australia Post.  Zabecca Living does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit.

PO BOXES:

Sorry, but we do not deliver to PO Boxes so please provide us with a full postal street address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

At Zabecca Living, we understand that buying online can be a bit tricky and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your items purchased.

If you have a request to return an item, visit our Zabecca Living Returns Centre, enter your Order Number and email address to start the Returns Process. We will review your request and update you at every stage so you can track progress.
