You may upgrade to Express Shipping, for a flat rate of $4.95 for orders over $150 and $14.95 for orders under $150

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery time will depend on your location. For orders placed before 2PM AET, we will our best to process the same business day.

Bulky, Oversized & Fragile Items:

Some items - such as coats, boots, or homewares - may incur a $15 shipping surcharge due to their size, weight, or fragility. This is usually denoted on the product page for items in this category and will be applied at checkout.

In some cases, If a surcharge isn’t applied at checkout, we may adjust the shipping method (e.g. downgrade Express to Standard). Additional fees may apply for items needing specialised packaging.

Remote Area Deliveries:

Hassle Free Returns

At Zabecca Living, we understand that buying online can be a bit tricky. We accept returns of unused items with all labels intact and will exchange, issue a credit or refund with the cost of the return postage at your expense. Great cut. Arrived quickly. Being mostly cotton it stretched very quickly so I suppose even downsizing is an option. It’s form fitting but not tight. Thicker variety of denim so not really for hot days.

lamp arrived scratched no response yet from Zabecca

I love my new lamp but the top of it arrived scratched. I have tried to get a response from Zabecca for over a month now with no reply, 10 emails and counting, their landline goes to voicemail. This could easily been resolved and I am left extremely disappointed.
