    Free Express Shipping over $100

    Express Shipping is FREE on most orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under $100, the shipping cost Australia-wide is $10.

    All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery time will depend on your location. For orders placed before 2PM AET, we will our best to process the same business day.

    Bulky, Oversized & Fragile Items:

    Some items - such as coats, boots, or homewares - may incur a $15 shipping surcharge due to their size, weight, or fragility. This is usually denoted on the product page for items in this category and will be applied at checkout.

    In some cases, If a surcharge isn’t applied at checkout, we may adjust the shipping method (e.g. downgrade Express to Standard). Additional fees may apply for items needing specialised packaging.

    Remote Area Deliveries:

    For some deliveries to remote areas outside major cities (especially QLD, WA and NT), Zabecca Living reserves the right to downgrade Express Shipping to Standard Shipping. This may be necessary for items requiring specialised handling or packaging.

    International Orders:

    New Zealand: $20 AUD.
    North America (USA & Canada): $35 AUD
    Europe & The UK: $35 AUD
    Asia: $25 AUD

    In some cases, additional fees may apply for bulky or fragile items that require specialised packaging. If so, our Customer Care Team will contact you prior to processing your order.

    Hassle Free Returns

    At Zabecca Living, we understand that buying online can be a bit tricky. We accept returns of unused items with all labels intact and will exchange, issue a credit or refund with the cost of the return postage at your expense. If the item is damaged or faulty we can provide you with a refund or a replacement.

    If you have a request to return an item, visit our Zabecca Living Returns Centre to start the Returns Process.

    Please note - We do not offer Returns / Exchanges for Sale or Discounted items.

    Gift Wrapping

    At Zabecca Living, we are pleased to offer a Free Gift Wrapping service if you would like to add that special touch. During the checkout process (look for it in your Cart), you will have the opportunity to indicate if you wish to use this service.

    You will also be able to enter details for an optional Gift Message, written by hand on a small blank card. You may select & purchase a specific Greeting Card if you prefer.
