Established by husband and wife team Feeona and Troy, all of Uimi’s products are proudly designed and manufactured in their own factory in the heart of Thornbury, Victoria.

The unique range of slow fashion and textiles are made from renewable extra fine Merino wool, Egyptian cotton and Cashmere cotton. The label only uses the highest quality renewable natural fibers because they are biodegradable, naturally soft and breathable and will last throughout the seasons. 

Uimi unique range of modern clothing and accessories, including long-sleeve tops, jumpers, jackets, scarves, beanies and gloves, bring together vibrant colours, bold patterns and beautiful textures. So even as the weather starts to warm up for Spring, Uimi's breathable fabrics allow you to layer your clothing in style, adding a touch of warmth without contributing too much bulk.

Why we love Merino Wool!

Merino wool is a natural renewable and biodegradable fiber grown by Merino sheep. It has high levels of warmth, breathability, softness and versatility. 

Merino wool is thinner and softer than regular wool - it's so fine, a single Merino wool fiber is less than half the diameter of a human hair! Merino wool is beautifully soft against the skin and isn't prickly like other wool.

You can wear Merino wool all year round, allowing you to adapt to changing weather conditions. When it’s cold outside the fibers trap air, insulating you. When it’s warm outside, it transports moisture quickly away from the skin, helping to keep you cool and dry.
